Another All-Clear from the Doc

This morning was my second follow-up appointment with Dr. Irish since January's surgery. After a quick check of my tongue, throat, and neck, he declared that everything looks fine. This is as I expected, but nevertheless comforting to have confirmed by a professional.

My next appointment is the morning of June 25, when I'll also be participating in a research study, which consists of a 90-minute interview on the topic of "Cultural Syndromes, Coping, and Illness Intrusiveness in Cancer."
